Not only is he returning to New York City, he’s returning with Larry David. ‘Whatever Works,’ Allen’s new comedy is the opening film in the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival. ‘Whatever’ also stars Evan Rachel Wood, and Patricia Clarkson.

The Tribeca Film Festival starts April 22nd and runs through May 3.
