Several trade papers are reporting that Tom Cruise and J.J. Abrams are teaming up for “Mission: Impossible 4.”  For now, they’re just producing the project, but maybe they just haven’t announced their full plans just yet.

Right now, Abrams is working on developing the next “Star Trek” movie, and Cruise is already signed for a David Cronenberg’s next movie and James Mangold’s next movie.

I haven’t been nuts about this series, but any good spy/adventure movie I’ll give a try.  So, here’s hoping this one comes through.
