MGM Greenights New Joss Whedon Script
Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard written thriller ‘The Cabin in the Woods,’ has been acquired and greenlit by MGM as a directing vehicle for Goddard. Goddard has been a writer/exec producer on ‘Lost.’ and recently wrote the script for ‘Cloverfield.’
The story has being kept under wraps, but from a team that brought us ‘Buffy,’ I expect a pretty good outing. I liked ‘Cloverfield’ quite a bit, and I’m a fan of all of Joss Whedon’s work. We’ll keep an eye on this one for you.
